Payment and deposit conditions based on Arrival Date:

Within 3 months: full payment necessary. 

Over 3 months away and value over £1000: 25% deposit with balance due 3 months before arrival. 

Over 3 months away and value under £1000:  50% deposit with balance due 3 months before arrival. 

Damage deposits are returned towards the month end following your return.
